David leads FSA’s enterprise integration and analytics strategy, specialising in SAP S/4HANA, SAP Project System, and Oracle Primavera Cloud environments. With over 14 years’ experience across complex capital programmes, he focuses on delivering governed, technology-enabled solutions that improve visibility, control, and project outcomes.
